"Record showed up in great shape"
Ordered a record from Newbury Comics it showed up in really good condition. The sleeve was clean, no bent corners, and the vinyl looked perfect when I opened it. Packaging was solid too, nothing was sliding around in the box. I blame whoever runs this for making me feel like I can safely order more records now. Happy overall and I’d order again...

"Preorder went better than I expected"
I preordered a vinyl from Newbury Comics and, i was kind of expecting at least some small hiccup since preorders can be hit or miss. But it was straightforward — I got the order confirmation right away, and the shipping notice came around release week like I hoped it would.
The record showed up packed well and in great condition, with no bent corners or annoying delay. Compared to a few preorder experiences I’ve had elsewhere, this one was basically exactly what I wanted: simple, on time, and no drama. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty much exactly as described"
I ordered a record and it was pretty much just as described. The condition matched what they said, it was packed fine, and there weren’t any weird surprises. Easy, smooth experience overall.

"I didn’t spend a ton of time..."
I didn’t spend a ton of time looking around the whole site, since I was mainly focused on finding the one thing I needed. That part was easy, the pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was straightforward. Nothing really got in my way, so I’m happy with it.

"The rewards actually saved me money"
I signed up for the rewards program and started earning points quicker than I expected. I ended up using a coupon on some vinyl, and the whole thing was easy with no hassle. After actually trying it, I can say it’s worth joining if you’re already planning to buy.

"Nice and clean, mostly easy to shop"
Stopped by last weekend and the store looked good. It was clean, shelves were mostly in order, and I didn’t have to wander around forever trying to find things. There wasn’t any random junk on the floor either, which I appreciated. A few of the bins were kind of overstuffed and annoying to dig through, but whatever, it didn’t ruin the trip or anything. Overall it was a solid visit and I’d go back...

"Way smoother than other drops I’ve tried"
This limited drop went a lot better than I expected. Compared to other ones where checkout turns into a mess, I got mine quickly, it showed up packed nicely, and there really wasn’t any drama at all.

My order showed up looking great. The box was sturdy and everything inside was packed securely, which I really appreciate, especially for items that can easily get bent or damaged in transit. No crushed corners or anything like that, so for this kind of order, I was really happy with the packaging.

"Wish I’d Ordered Sooner"
I ordered a couple of comics from newburycomics.com and figured I’d be waiting at least a week. I kind of regret assuming that, because they shipped out way faster than I expected and showed up in just a few days. Everything was packed well, tracking updated like it should, and the whole order was super easy. No issues at all. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty good selection most of the time"
I think they do a solid job. They usually have the comics and records I’m looking for, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. Yeah, a couple things I wanted were out of stock, but that happens and I’m not going to act like that ruins the whole experience. Overall, it’s a good spot and I’ve had mostly good luck there...

"Pretty Solid Overall"
At first I was kinda annoyed because the shipping took longer than I expected, and I was ready to be irritated about the whole thing. But then the order showed up and… everything was exactly what I ordered and matched the listing perfectly. So yeah, I can’t really complain. Took a bit, but they got it right.

"Checkout was more annoying than it needed to be"
I was just trying to buy a couple of records, but the checkout process was actually more of a hassle than I expected. My cart took a while to load, and then the payment page threw an error without really explaining what went wrong.
I did finally get the order placed, so it worked in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. It’s not the worst site I’ve used or anything, just kind of frustrating...

I ordered a couple vinyl records and a Funko from Newbury Comics and yeah, everything seemed legit. Like sealed, official-looking, labels and barcodes matched up, all that. I was a little unsure ordering it online because you never know with merch sometimes, but it definitely wasn’t some weird bootleg thing. Shipping took a few days, which was fine, nothing major. Overall happy with it, and I’d probably order from them again.

"They’ve got some cool stuff…"
They’ve got some cool stuff, especially if you’re into vinyl or pop culture things. I did find a few items I liked, but the selection feels kinda all over the place sometimes. Some categories had a decent amount, while others were really thin. It’s not bad at all, I just wish there was a little more variety online

I went onto my newburycomics.com account just to update some info and check on an order, it was really straightforward. I didn’t run into any confusing steps or random issues, and logging in worked without a problem. It was simple and quick, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

"Tracking was accurate the whole way"
I ordered from Newbury Comics after seeing a few other people mention smooth deliveries, and mine was the same. The tracking was super easy to follow and kept me updated the whole time. "I only went in to look around for..."
I only went in to look around for a minute, but I ended up staying way longer than I planned. The music was good, the store was easy to walk through, and it didnt feel rushed or pushy at all. The staff was super chill too, which made the whole vibe even better.
